Established over 50 years ago in Dublin, they are seeking an Airfreight Export Operator to join their team.

Your new role

As Airfreight Export Operator, your role is to provide a professional and efficient operations service to both internal and external customers.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Processing shipment bookings

Monitoring shipments from point of customer booking to arrival at final destination and customer payment

Providing a high level of Customer Service to both internal and external customers

Liaising with airlines to ensure that the best possible rate and transit time are secured
