• Coordinate airfreight shipments from client engagement through to final delivery.
• Manage client expectations and ensure all shipment requirements are met.
• Communicate and negotiate with vendor partners to align shipment costs with business goals.
• Process all shipment documentation and data through internal systems.
• Collaborate with global logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Handle billing and costing activities upon shipment completion.
• Prepare and deliver periodic reports on operations and shipment status.
