- Oversee day-to-day import/export air operations, coordinating with airlines, truckers, and customs.
- Handle all documentation—AWB, permits, and customs declarations—with accuracy.
- Monitor shipment status in real time, ensuring deadlines are always met.
- Keep customers and partners informed every step of the way.
- Manage booking requests and cargo space planning.
- Ensure all dangerous goods and general cargo shipments meet IATA and local compliance standards.
