Leading Clearing & Forwarder Seeks Estimator
Leading clearing & forwarder seeks a well-versed estimator for the air freight department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support sales efforts through the preparation of accurate and relevant Air Import and Export estimates for clients and requests from within the company and the follow-through of estimates to closure.
- Provide commercial insight through the evaluation of estimate results to improve company tender strike rate and competitiveness.
- Provide administrative support and backup including the creation and maintenance of estimates and estimate tracker.
- Develop and establish relationships through the provision of administrative support and backup to key stakeholders specifically origin offices and the various sales units and staff.
- Generate sales leads and distribute these to the respective Sales teams/management whilst ensuring that these leads have been attended to.
