Job Description

Guest Arrival Management: Handle guests’ arrivals, including pick-up requests, luggage assistance, and transportation to the hotel.

Flight Coordination: Be present at scheduled flight landings to assist incoming guests with baggage clearance and guide them to transport facilities.

VIP & VVIP Service: Ensure VIP and VVIP guests are welcomed professionally, with seamless transportation arrangements.

Guest Assistance & Information: Provide information on hotel facilities and assist guests with car transfers or official car rentals when needed.

Airport Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with airport personnel, including airline employees, immigration, and customs officers, to facilitate smooth guest services.
