Key Responsibilities

Health Care providers (HCP) relationship management

  • Delivers expected performance and beyond in the territory for AA portfolio
  • Develop and design realistic practice simulations based on business need.
  • Collect and analyze data from simulations to evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements
  • Tailor simulations to meet specific training objectives clinical skills business processes or customer interactions.
  • Ensure simulations align with organizational goals and training standards.
  • Facilitate training programs and workshops using simulators findings to help medical providers gain practical experience.
  • Monitor and guide participants during simulation exercises providing feedback and assistance as needed.
  • Uses evidencebased medicine skills during the call (clinical papers etc.; promotes visually by appropriate use of currently approved promotional aids
