Health Care providers (HCP) relationship management
- Delivers expected performance and beyond in the territory for AA portfolio
- Develop and design realistic practice simulations based on business need.
- Collect and analyze data from simulations to evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Tailor simulations to meet specific training objectives clinical skills business processes or customer interactions.
- Ensure simulations align with organizational goals and training standards.
- Facilitate training programs and workshops using simulators findings to help medical providers gain practical experience.
- Monitor and guide participants during simulation exercises providing feedback and assistance as needed.
