Job Overview

Here at South Thames Colleges Group, we are seeking an ALS Administrator to be responsible for entering specialised data onto the Inclusive Learning Support database and to manage related ALS quality audit processes and systems. Facilitating the effective management of sensitive learner information, as well as monitoring and updating the department’s Inboxes, you’ll be responsible for all learner support administrative and financial activities, and you’ll provide a range of administrative support functions to the Commissioning Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is educated to GCSE/Level 2 or equivalent with grades A*-C in English and Maths. You’ll have experience of managing administrative and financial activities in a busy office environment, including being able to work with and record for budgets effectively and responsibly.
