Job Description
As an AM Talent Acquisition , you will be custodian of Talent Acquisition Process- the individual shall be responsible for liasoning with corporate functions, team up with respective line managers and fill the vacant positions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage Full recruitment including job advertising, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding
- Incorporate best recruitment strategies to attract the best talent available for bulk hiring
- Liaison with the University career offices to develop a pool of candidates.
- Teaming up with stakeholders to plan the recruitment
- Liaison with the hiring managers to understand the recruitment requirements.
- Liaison with the regional HRBPs to plan interviews as per the HC requirements.
- Develop hiring reports on weekly basis to share with the management.
