Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic VNA & Process Trainer who will be responsible for delivering training on Voice & Accent (VNA) and process-related modules to enhance communication effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Voice & Accent (VNA) training sessions for new hires and existing employees
- Deliver process training aligned with business requirements
- Assess trainees through regular evaluations, mock sessions, and feedback
