**What you'll do**:- Coordinate and ensure the movement of personnel in the production cells through supervision by AMT leaders, generating necessary strategies to reduce personnel absenteeism and cover with the validation of personnel prepared to guarantee correct operation.
- Ensure effective communication at all levels of the operation, guaranteeing the understanding of objectives through periodic meetings with the teams involved.
- Control and ensure that the documentation of the production process is at the latest engineering level and based on what is stipulated in the process letters.
