Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance and health of assigned AMHS equipment and identify abnormalities early.
- Schedule and carry out preventive maintenance to keep systems operating reliably.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related equipment issues.
- Apply structured problem‑solving to identify root causes and implement long‑term corrective actions.
- Perform quality workmanship during repairs and verify functionality through post‑maintenance checks.
- Support equipment installations, relocations, calibrations, and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with equipment engineers, Shift Operations, and tool vendors to maintain and improve system uptime.
- Create, review, and update maintenance procedures, work instructions, and checklists.
