TheCustomerServiceRepresentativeisacustomerserviceroleatthecompanyandserves asthemainpointofcontactforourinternalsalesteamandexternalcustomers. Theultimategoalinthisroleistoprovideexcellentcustomerservicetobothinternalandexternalcustomers,whichrequires a fine balanceofcustomerneedsandexpectationswithcompanypolicyandprocedures.

OurCustomerServiceRepresentativesnotonlyrepresentthevoiceofthecompany,butalsoserve as aplatformtoeducateourcustomersandpromotethecompanybycreatingopportunitiestoupsell,cross-sellandserve as a conciergeofresources. Inadditiontobeingcustomer-facing,thisroleworkswithvariousstakeholders,includingSales,FinanceandMarketing,tocreateanoverarchingapproachtobest-in-classcustomerservice.
