Responsibilities
- Support daily immigration routine activities, focusing on migratory processes for Brazil and Latin America.
- Provide guidance to internal and external clients, answering basic questions about procedures and documentation.
- Assist the team, collaborating to meet deadlines and established standards.
- Perform updates and controls in internal systems.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the project coordinator and team, contributing to organization and efficiency.
- Participate in the Digital Workplace model – hybrid (remote and onsite); attend onsite sessions as needed (up to 3 times per week).
