Job Description

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in payroll operations
  • Knowledge of employment/labor laws and trends
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
  • Experience handling confidential information
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet recurring payroll deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with accounting concepts and tax regulations, laws and standards
  • Bachelor's degree, or experience using PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, ADP or other HR management and Payroll systems as well as call center applications
