Responsabilities

Business development around their client. Participate in the definition of the strategy for their client

Detect business opportunities

Ensure proper understanding of the client’s requirements and decision-making process

Participate in the preparation of the quotations and the negotiation process in order to maximize the chances of winning new projects with the best possible economic terms

Get information about competitors

Promote the development of personal relations between the client’s and IDIADA’s senior managers

Monitor the progress of projects in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in project renegotiation if necessary

Diversify the product portfolio of their client

Document the completion of the sale and participate in the invoicing and collection process

Interaction with the PMs.
