Job Summary
The Airport Operations Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for monitoring and improving operational compliance across airport and ground handling activities to ensure adherence to company standards, Transport Canada regulations, airline requirements, and Porter's Safety Management System (SMS). The role supports operational excellence through trend analysis, corrective action tracking, procedural reviews, quality assurance audits, and continuous improvement initiatives related to aircraft damage, ramp, baggage, passenger handling, and weight & balance operations. This position works closely with Airport Operations leadership, Airports Process & Training, Porter Safety and airline stakeholders/partners to identify operational risks, improve procedural compliance, and enhance operational safety and efficiency.
