Job Description

The Role

Provides organizational and human capital consulting support to business development activities and client projects/engagements delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develops proposals under the guidance of Project Manager.
  • Participates in client meetings and discussions.
  • Provides consulting support through analysis, conduct of research and materials preparations for business development and project engagements. 
  • Coordinates with clients on project-related matters.
  • Consulting Areas: Work, Rewards and Career (WRC)/Executive Compensation and Board Advisory Practices
