Role Summary
The Mass Conversion Analyst serves as a member of the Mass Conversion team responsible for ensuring the successful and accurate conversion of data for large‑scale acquisitions and new Empower clients.
Responsibilities
- Participate in in‑depth discussions with internal and external clients regarding data mapping strategies across multiple plans.
- Analyze, interpret, and map data fields based on business rules, recordkeeping functionality, and client specifications.
- Identify and resolve data anomalies and functional differences between systems to ensure accurate data conversion.
- Conduct data discovery to ensure all required data elements are obtained, validated, and ready for load.
- Review and quality‑check data files prior to and after system loading to confirm accuracy, completeness, and adherence to Empower’s data standards.
