  • Provide basic on‑site IT support for end‑user devices and workplace infrastructure.
  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues under supervision.
  • Support break‑fix activities and preventive maintenance as guided by senior staff.
  • Perform device setup, installation, imaging, and basic configuration tasks.
