Job Description

Lease Analyst – Financial Management

Responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of lease administration and ensuring accurate, timely reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for interactions with all parties to maintain an accurate lease administration database.
  • Liaise with internal parties to obtain lease documentation, manage document workflow, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Generate monthly reporting packages that include critical dates and portfolio summaries, and update the Lease Administration system.
  • Complete audits of work completed by JLL’s Lease Administration teams.
  • Perform operational expense reconciliation, review landlord invoices, and prepare accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) reporting.
