We are looking for an Analyst to join our M&A team in Helsinki. This role provides the opportunity to work on large and interesting transactions alongside engaged colleagues within the leading Nordic Investment Bank.

As the Analyst, you will from day one become an integral part of the team and get the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most exciting deals in the Nordic region.

The role is based in Helsinki.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis on financial and commercial information and prepare insightful recommendations
• Conduct financial modelling and company valuation to understand company‑specific characteristics and opportunities, as well as the market, peers, competitors, etc.
• Create high‑quality meeting material and present to clients in a professional way
