In this role, you will:
  • Monitor and manage the end-to-end confirmation process for OTC derivative trades across multiple asset classes.

  • Track and investigate unmatched or unconfirmed trades, working with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to resolve discrepancies.

  • Perform daily control checks and exception management to ensure completeness and accuracy of trade confirmations.

  • Utilize confirmation platforms and internal systems (e.g., DTCC, MarkitWire, Xceptor, or equivalent) to process and validate trade data.

  • Conduct reconciliations and identify breaks, ensuring timely resolution in line with operational standards.

  • Review reports and system outputs to identify issues, escalate exceptions, and support adherence to policies and procedures.

  • Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the confirmations function.
