About the Opportunity
- Global Equity Administration: Manage global equity compensation programs using Morgan Stanley at Work (Shareworks). Administer employee accounts and long-term incentive (LTI) grants. Coordinate employee share plan enrollments, purchases, sales, and dividend distributions. Serve as a point of contact for equity-related inquiries.
- Benefits & Rewards Administration: Administer group benefits, retirement plans, global mobility programs, wellness initiatives, perquisites, and equity plans. Process new hire enrollments, terminations, and system updates. Track and report taxable perks. Respond to employee inquiries with accuracy and urgency.
- Financial & Operational Support: Process global invoices and reconcile intercompany charges in partnership with HR, Finance, and Accounting. Support budgeting and accounts payable processes related to rewards programs.
