Overview

Climate change is a global existential threat, and Singapore is doing its part to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions for a more sustainable future. The power sector contributes about 40% of Singapore's greenhouse gas emissions.

The Energy Connections Office (ECO) is tasked to facilitate around 6GW of low‑carbon electricity imports into Singapore by 2035, or about one‑third of our energy demand then. You will join a dynamic and multi‑disciplinary team tasked to facilitate imports into Singapore and will be part of the Infrastructure, Strategy and Governance (ISG) branch in ECO.
