Job Role / Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot videoconference equipment (Polycom HDX, Group Series, etc.) and handle queries related to audio-visual systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and applications for both hardware and software; maintain and troubleshoot handheld devices (iOS, Android, Windows) and troubleshoot repair and network issues.
• Liaise with event organizers and users face-to-face, by phone or email during the planning process to ensure everything is in order and well documented.
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles; respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate); prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
