As a leader in Kinross's analytics team, you'll report to the Senior Director of Data Management and Analytics. With a focus on responsible mining, your role includes overseeing BI development, data governance, and scalable analytical solutions. By translating business needs into actionable insights, you ensure timely access to trusted data products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the evolution of Kinross's analytics maturity model
• Enforce certified reporting standards and governance
