Job Description

Essentials (Must‑Have)

  • Strong Python + Selenium experience (automation, bots, scheduling, error handling)
  • SQL proficiency; solid data modeling (master vs transactional, audits)
  • Experience building and owning internal systems / lightweight ERP (not just reporting)
  • Backend framework (Flask / FastAPI / Django) + basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Strong MIS ownership and data accuracy mindset
  • Good understanding of contact center ops & KPIs (AHT, SLA, occupancy, QA, incentives)
  • Builder mindset with end‑to‑end ownership

Good to Have

  • Power BI / Tableau
  • Advanced Pandas / Excel
  • REST API integrations, multi‑system data normalization
  • Prior experience with WFM / QA / LMS / incentive systems
