Job Responsibilities- SDAR KPI management- Emergency Orders management- In house parts requirement + steel requirement control- EOP coordination- Suppliers release (firm & forecast) assurance- Crisis management at suppliers.Lead the improvement plan to avoid lack of parts- Suppliers service rate performance- RDR's management- Suppliers payment assurance- OT & airfreight recovery trough credit note- Alliance convergence.Interaction with several internal departments to guarantee the parts supply- Support & guide to NISSAN's team members- Skill up Training Management of crewJob Knowledge and Skills- Computer Skills: Excel intermediate, power point intermediate, outlook inpowerpointtermediate- Negotiation & follow up with suppliers.
- Development and improvements (Kaizen)- Competencies: Customer Service, Conflicts Management, negotiation skills- Raise & administration on high-risk topics from suppliers.
