Design activities in the antenna development team relating to prototyping, testing and general support
Job Responsibilities
- Design of antenna radiating elements and arrays
- Measurement of antennas and related components
- Participate in the selection and procurement of measurement equipment, e.g. anechoic chambers, gain standards, probe antennas, network analyzers, RF cables, etc
- Management and establishment of antenna measurement facilities
- Develop and maintain software applications, used by the antenna development team, for
- automated antenna measurements and optimization
- automated antenna array optimization
- post processing of data for graphical presentation
- post processing of measured and CAD output data to demonstrate or predict system performance
