Job Description

We are now seeking an experienced Authorised Person – Lifting Coordinator to join our Projects Division. This is a key role responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing all lifting operations across our sites. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will work collaboratively with project teams to ensure safe, compliant and efficient lifting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and implement Lift Plans for all on‑site WGM lifting activities, keeping Project Managers and Site Managers fully informed.
Ensure all personnel involved in lifting operations have the required training, qualifications and competencies.
Execute lifting operations in line with approved Lift Plans, ensuring briefings, Tool Box Talks and documentation are completed and fully understood.
Undertake on-site duties including Appointed Lifting Person, Crane Supervisor and Slinger/Signaller as required.
