APAC OTC Expert Lead

About the role

The APAC OTC Expert Lead is a strategic regional leadership role responsible for driving growth across Haleon’s Over the Counter (OTC) portfolio. The role focuses on strengthening expert engagement, customer strategy, and field execution excellence across Asia‑Pacific markets, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and medical teams to shape the OTC expert ecosystem including pharmacies, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver regional sales and P&L performance across the OTC portfolio, translating strategy into strong in‑market execution across APAC.
• Develop and execute customer and channel strategies across pharmacy, clinic, and healthcare professional ecosystems.
