NiCE is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager in the Philippines to act as a strategic advisor for key customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from NiCE's products and services. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, drive customer success, and support customers in adopting NiCE solutions. Applicants should have over 5 years of experience in a technical/service role, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. A hybrid work model is available with both in-office and remote days.
