Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a Manila‑based Talent Acquisition team supporting APAC hiring needs
- Owning recruitment delivery outcomes across assigned APAC markets, ensuring consistent, high‑quality hiring at scale
- Shaping mid‑term (12-24 month) hiring strategies in partnership with senior HR and business stakeholders
- Anticipating workforce demand and aligning sourcing strategies and team capacity accordingly
