Job Description
- Provide L2/L3 support for application issues in enterprise systems. - Monitor system performance using application and infrastructure monitoring tools. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Aveva OSIsoft PI systems. - Analyze logs and system behavior to identify root cause of issues. - Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand issues and provide solutions. - Develop and implement automation scripts for routine support tasks. - Maintain issue tracking and documentation for support incidents. - Assist in improving application support processes and best practices. - Participate in team discussions and support escalations. - Ensure system availability and performance for business operations.
