Job Description

Key Job Accountabilities:- Teamwork and Collaboration: Provide customer service excellence in supporting Plexus teammates through incident support, management and resolution.
- Implementation: Help manage and successfully deliver medium to complex complexity efforts.
- Business Value: Translated and/or document business requirements and objectives into software requirements specifications.
-Education/Experience Qualifications:- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
- Two (2) years of related experience is required; three (3) or more years of related experience is preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
- Experience in computing systems or IT support is required.
