Now Hiring: Application Analyst Jr., I & II (EHR / Epic) Location: Querétaro, Mexico (Onsite) – Healthcare IT 
Base Salary Junior (Level I): 18,000 – 22,000 MXN Gross per month + additional benefits 
Level I: 25,000 – 30,000 MXN Gross per month + additional benefits 
Level II: 38,000 – 42,000 MXN Gross per month + additional benefits 
About the Role As an Application Analyst, you will provide frontline and advanced support for clinical and business applications, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help drive system improvements within a healthcare environment. You will work with key Epic modules such as Hospital Billing, Cadence, Security, Ancillary systems, and Imaging. 
Key Responsibilities (All Levels) Provide application support, resolve incidents, and fulfill service requests within SLAs 
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with stakeholders
