Application Analyst - Team Lead

This role

 As an Application Team Leader, you will be experienced in supporting MTVH’s Business Systems Housing applications (NEC Housing, DRS, Job Manager, Nourish etc.) and currently providing application support and technical expertise.

Ensure all Application Analysts are trained, managed, and developed effectively to meet the needs of the business and in accordance with MTVH policies and procedures.

Manage a small team and provide effective guidance

Embed a culture of coaching, whilst nurturing strengths and identifying areas for improvement.

Providing technical expertise and solutions that challenge the status quo, to best fit the needs of the business.

Effective allocation of tasks, to ensure work is delivered within timescales agreed with stakeholders.

Monitoring the teams work, checking quality, and reviewing operational performance.
