Application Analyst

Gen AI Data Scientist- Leads the development, fine-tuning, and evaluation

of Large Language Models (LLMs) to enable GenAI applications within the

cement industry. Responsible for customizing models for internal use

cases, ensuring ethical and unbiased outputs, and validating relevance

and safety of generated responses. Works closely with domain experts to

align model behavior with organizational context.
