Job Description

At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious contracting partner for local & international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC.

Main Accountabilities Application Management and Support
  • Provide day-to-day support for multiple business applications to ensure smooth operation.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve them promptly or escalate to suppliers as necessary.
  • Monitor application performance and maintain system stability.
  • Develop and enhance applications in line with changes to business requirements over time.
  • Within the above:
  • ~80%+ focus on the ERP system (Business Central)
  • ~20% focus on other specialist applications
Coordination With Suppliers
  • Raise support tickets with suppliers and follow up to ensure a timely resolution.
