This role focuses on incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution, while ensuring reliable connectivity between field devices, gateways, and cloud platforms. The Application Developer collaborates closely with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to resolve escalated issues, deploy patches and updates, and support integrations with IoT devices and SaaS solutions. The role also contributes to customer onboarding, user training, and continuous improvement of knowledge resources, helping deliver a secure, scalable, and high-performing SCADA cloud solution.
