Job Purpose:

As an Application Support & Education Specialist, you'll play a vital role in empowering high-performance teams across the LAC region. You'll do this by delivering user-centric support, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that drive the adoption of our enterprise applications (including CIS and AI platforms like LARA, SARA, and NexChat). You will serve as a crucial link between IT and business users, ensuring everyone effective use of digital tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first- and second-level support for CIS and other IT-developed applications in the LAC region

  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, escalating when necessary.

  • Collaborate with global support teams to ensure efficient and effective handover and resolution.

  • Document and maintain knowledge base articles and user guides for CIS and other IT-developed applications in the LAC region
