We are currently seeking an Application Maintenance and Support (L2) professional to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
  • Help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
  • Support product servers and clients on cutting‑edge platforms.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and provide technical feedback and support to Development teams.
