Main Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the application system, ensuring its stable operation.
- Monitor and analyze application performance, identify and solve system issues.
- Assist in the implementation of application system deployment and upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain operation and maintenance documents, record system changes and operation manuals.
- Provide technical support to address technical issues raised by customers and the internal team.
- Assist in conducting system health checks, preventing potential risks and proposing improvement suggestions.
- Collaborate with the development team to support the development and testing environment of the application system.
