What You’ll Do

- Maintain and support daily operations of enterprise application systems

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application/system issues

- Support application deployment, upgrades, and environment maintenance

- Perform system health checks and proactively identify risks

- Collaborate with development teams on testing and production support

- Maintain technical documentation, operation manuals, and system records
