Role -

• Responsible for delivering Business Impact by improving business processes, solving problems, and driving change management within the site.
• Help implement a culture of continuous improvement through leading by example and facilitating delivery of business impact/ results through facilitating/ training and coaching.
• Lead all BE Initiatives – 5S, TPM, Six Sigma & Lean;
  drive cost reduction/ value creation projects, identify new cost reduction opportunities year on year;
