Application Support Analyst (Intermediate)
Overview:
This role is responsible for providing functional and technical support for trading and front-to-middle office applications within a financial markets environment. The position involves working in a fast-paced, multi-application ecosystem supporting trading activities across global platforms.
The analyst collaborates with business users, development teams, and global support teams to ensure system stability, timely incident resolution, and continuous improvement of application services.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve functional and technical issues in a timely manner and escalate when required.
Provide support to Sales, Trading, and Front/Middle Office users.
