Job Description

The opportunity

Working across multiple applications, handling second-line support for issues raised by the Service Desk to fix problems, make system updates, and support on projects and software releases, while following procedures and deadlines. This is a hybrid role based in Swindon 3 days per week, plus being on-call 1 out of 8 weeks.
  • Salary - £37,500 + on-call allowance
  • Bonus scheme - on target bonus - Up to 7.5%
  • Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5%
