Job Description

Provide Production Application Support and Maintenance for IDBI Bank’s Digital Channels ecosystem across Omni Channel platforms. Ensure seamless functioning, stability, and high availability of retail digital banking applications across multiple customer touchpoints including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Payments platforms. Collaborate closely with Business, IT, Infrastructure, and Vendor teams for issue resolution, deployment activities, and enhancement rollouts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain Omni Channel Production Applications for Digital Banking services.
  • Troubleshoot retail customer issues and provide timely resolutions for DBD (Digital Banking Department) and ITD (Information Technology Department) teams.
  • Participate in DC-DR (Data Center – Disaster Recovery) drill activities to ensure business continuity and operational readiness.
