Responsibilities: Application and platform support in a Dev Ops environment Provide end to end support for client application and website, including DXL and cloud platform support Monitoring of alerts and dashboards to proactively respond to any incidents or outages Provide 2nd and 3rd level investigations to all incidents logged to the team Incident and change management using Jira and Remedy Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools like Kibana, Prometheus, Ops Genie Linux OS knowledge AWS, Docker and Kubernetes knowledge advantageous Ability to work in a high-pressure environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
