Experience: 5+ Years

Shift & On-call Support: Mandatory

We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer with strong production support experience and hands-on exposure to AWS environments.

Required Skills:

• Application / Production Support

• AWS – EC2, CloudWatch, RDS, S3, Lambda

• Linux/Unix Commands

• SQL & Database Troubleshooting

• Monitoring Tools – Splunk, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic

• JIRA / ServiceNow

• Web Applications & API Support

Preferred Skills:

• Tomcat / JBoss / Java Applications

• Microservices Architecture

• CI/CD Pipelines

• Shell Scripting / Automation

• AWS / Azure Certification
